# Code Club Coordinator Terms & Conditions

## 1. Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinators act as the primary contact between Edutek and partner schools.
- Coordinators are responsible for collecting student fees and remitting ₦1,000 per student per term to Edutek.
- Coordinators must ensure all students have access to Code Club materials and lessons.

## 2. Fee Structure
- The official Code Club fee is ₦1,000 per student per term.
- Coordinators may charge additional fees for their services, but this must be clearly communicated to schools.
- Any additional fees are strictly between the coordinator and the school.

## 3. Annual Subscription
- Coordinators must pay an annual subscription fee of ₦30,000 to access the coordinator dashboard.
- This fee covers administrative costs and support.
- Failure to pay will result in account suspension.

## 4. Code of Conduct
- Coordinators must act professionally and ethically at all times.
- Coordinators must not misrepresent Edutek or its services.
- Coordinators must not engage in fraudulent activities.

## 5. Dispute Resolution
- Schools may file disputes against coordinators through the platform.
- All disputes will be investigated by Edutek administration.
- If found guilty of misconduct, coordinators face:
- Account suspension
- Permanent ban
- Legal action where applicable

## 6. Termination
- Edutek reserves the right to terminate any coordinator account without notice for:
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Gross negligence
- Repeated complaints
- Non-payment of fees

## 7. Acceptance
- By registering as a coordinator, you accept these terms and conditions.
